Brad founded Insurance Geek after recognizing that most consumers either worked with captive agents limited to a single carrier or landed on lead-generation sites that sold their information to multiple agents. Insurance Geek was built to operate differently, providing access to 30+ A-rated carriers and underwriting-driven guidance designed for real-world decision-making rather than marketing illustrations. Over the course of his career, Brad has structured thousands of life insurance policies and retirement-focused strategies, working directly with carrier underwriting teams and case managers nationwide. His experience spans advanced life insurance design, IUL policy structuring, annuities, and long-term planning strategies informed by actual policy issuance and real underwriting outcomes. Before focusing on life and retirement planning, Brad built a scratch Farmers Insurance agency to a million-dollar book of business and sold it—his first six years in the industry. In addition to life and retirement planning, Brad has experience across Property & Casualty insurance lines, supporting integrated coverage strategies for clients nationwide. Brad completed his undergraduate education at The Ohio State University and has pursued ongoing professional education through The American College of Financial Services, reinforcing a commitment to continued learning alongside hands-on insurance practice.
